MECASY Competition Rules – €100 Vouchers

Version applicable from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by MECASY, located at Rue de Wasmes 64, 7390 Quaregnon, Belgium.

2. Contest Principle

MECASY organizes four prize draws, each offering a €100 gift voucher valid on mecasy.be.

The contest is free and does not require a purchase.

3. Period and Draw Dates

The contest is open from September 1, 2026, at 00:00 to August 31, 2027, at 23:59, Brussels time.

  • Entries received from September 1 to November 30, 2026: draw no later than December 5, 2026.
  • Entries received until February 28, 2027: draw no later than March 5, 2027.
  • Entries received until May 31, 2027: draw no later than June 5, 2027.
  • Entries received until August 31, 2027: draw no later than September 5, 2027.

A valid entry remains eligible for subsequent draws until the end of the contest. A person who has already won a prize cannot win a second time during this period.

4. Participation Conditions

The contest is open to individuals aged at least 18, residing in Belgium and having a valid email address.

To participate, you must:

  • provide a valid email address;
  • accept these rules;
  • submit only one entry per person.

Subscription to the MECASY newsletter is optional and does not affect the validity of participation or the chances of winning.

MECASY staff members, as well as persons living under their roof, are not allowed to participate.

5. Prizes

At each draw, one winner will receive a MECASY gift voucher worth €100.

The gift voucher:

  • is valid for 12 months from its issue date;
  • can be used on mecasy.be until its balance is depleted;
  • is not refundable, exchangeable for cash, or resalable;
  • cannot give rise to any financial consideration.

Any special draw offering a different amount will be subject to a separate announcement and additional conditions.

6. Winner Selection

For each draw, the winner will be randomly selected from valid entries recorded before the corresponding closing date.

Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or late entries may be excluded. MECASY may also draw two alternate winners.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by MECASY at the email address used during their participation.

They will have seven calendar days to respond. If there is no response within this period, or if the participation conditions are not met, the prize may be awarded to the first alternate winner.

MECASY will never ask for payment, bank details, or card numbers to award the prize.

8. Facebook Announcement

The winner may be announced on MECASY's official Facebook page only after giving their consent.

Failing authorization, MECASY may simply announce that the winner has been contacted, without revealing their identity.

9. Personal Data

The data collected is used to register entries, conduct draws, notify winners, and award prizes.

Contest-related data will be retained for the period necessary for its organization, then for a maximum of three months after the last draw, unless there is a legal obligation or ongoing dispute.

When a participant separately consents to receive the newsletter, their email address may be used for MECASY's commercial communications until they unsubscribe.

10. Liability

MECASY cannot be held responsible for a site interruption, a technical problem, an incorrect email address, or a message classified as spam.

11. Third-Party Platforms

This contest is not organized, sponsored, or administered by Facebook, Meta, Shopify, or Klaviyo. These platforms cannot be held responsible for its organization.

12. Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these rules.
