Returns & Refunds

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the product must be:

  • returned in good condition
  • with no signs of extensive use
  • in its original packaging
  • complete (accessories, manuals, etc.)

The product may be handled or tested as in a store, but must not be used for prolonged or intensive periods. Any product showing signs of wear, assembly, or extensive use cannot be refunded.


Return Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.


Refund

Once your withdrawal is notified and the returned product is received and inspected (within 2 to 3 business days), we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Original delivery costs (standard rate) are refunded in case of withdrawal within 14 days. Additional costs related to a premium delivery method are not refundable.

No returns will be accepted without prior validation.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt: 📧 contact@mecasy.be

Attach photos of the product and packaging.


Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Products used for prolonged periods
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Personalized products (if applicable)

Unclaimed Package

If a package is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect address, the return and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
