Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, an email containing tracking information will be automatically sent to you.


What are the delivery times?

How to track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link sent by email after your package has been shipped.


How does delivery to a relay point work?

After validating your order, you can easily select your relay point on our map of relay points.

If no relay point is selected, the closest available relay point to your address may be automatically assigned.

If needed, you can also contact our support to change the selected relay point.

Can I return a product?

In what condition should the product be returned?
