These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the MECASY website.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Photographs, illustrations, and visuals on the website are non-contractual.

MECASY reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time without prior notice.

Certain characteristics, colors, or dimensions may differ slightly depending on manufacturers or production series.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Delivery costs are calculated separately based on:

  • weight,
  • volume,
  • destination,
  • and the selected carrier.

MECASY reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

However, the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, MECASY reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.

4. Orders

Any order confirmed on the website constitutes a sales contract between the customer and MECASY.

An order confirmation is sent automatically by email after payment validation.

MECASY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

  • prior dispute,
  • suspicion of fraud,
  • incorrect information,
  • or payment issues.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are secured via the solutions offered on the website:

  • Shopify Payments,
  • PayPal,
  • bank cards,
  • or other partner solutions.

MECASY never has access to the customer's bank details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are detailed on the "Shipping Policy" page.

Delivery times indicated on the website are given as an estimate.

Times may vary depending on:

  • carriers,
  • peak activity periods,
  • logistical conditions,
  • or customs procedures.

MECASY cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

A delivery delay cannot give rise to any compensation, refund, or order cancellation, unless otherwise provided by law.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or shipping warehouses.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The customer must contact MECASY before any return via: contact@mecasy.be

Products must be returned:

  • complete,
  • unused,
  • in their original packaging,
  • and in perfect resalable condition.

Return costs are at the customer's expense unless:

  • there is an error on our part,
  • or the product is defective.

Any used, damaged, or incomplete product may be refused.

8. Returns and Refunds

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within a reasonable time via the payment method used during the order.

The refund may be deferred until the returned product is received and verified.

In accordance with European legislation, initial delivery costs are refunded in case of withdrawal, unless the customer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered.

Products returned incomplete, used, damaged, or unfit for resale will not be refunded.

MECASY reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.

9. Warranty and Claims

Products benefit from applicable legal guarantees in accordance with European legislation.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • improper use,
  • unsuitable intensive professional use,
  • damage related to incorrect assembly,
  • or deterioration caused by negligence.

Products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and the manufacturer's recommendations.

MECASY cannot be held responsible for damages related to improper installation or unsuitable use of the products.

Any claim must be accompanied by:

  • a precise description of the problem,
  • and, if possible, photos of the product concerned.

10. Liability

MECASY cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from:

  • improper use of the product,
  • incorrect assembly,
  • non-compliant use,
  • or normal wear and tear.

MECASY's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Personal Data

The collected information is necessary for order processing and customer relations.

Data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

MECASY undertakes never to sell customers' personal data to third parties.

12. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
