Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Zones
MECASY currently delivers to the following countries:
- Belgium
- France
- Luxembourg
- Germany
- Austria
- Netherlands
MECASY reserves the right to modify delivery countries at any time.
2. Preparation and Shipping Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The indicated delivery times are for informational purposes only.
Average observed times:
- Belgium: 1 to 3 business days
- France: 2 to 5 business days
- Luxembourg: 1 to 3 business days
- Germany, Austria, Netherlands: 2 to 5 business days
Heavy, bulky products or those requiring specific logistical handling may result in additional delays.
Delivery times may also vary depending on the carrier, peak seasons, weather conditions, or logistical constraints beyond our control.
MECASY cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically during checkout.
They depend notably on:
- package weight
- product volume
- destination
- selected carrier
Certain heavy or bulky products may incur additional shipping costs.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email containing package tracking information when available.
6. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided during the order.
In case of an incorrect address, incomplete information, or input error, the costs associated with a new shipment may be charged to the customer.
7. Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to MECASY for any of the following reasons: incorrect address, unclaimed package, refusal of package, or inability to deliver, the return and re-shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
8. Damaged Products
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package and products upon receipt.
In case of a damaged product or a problem related to transport, the customer must contact MECASY within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Any claim must be accompanied by photos of the package and the product concerned.
9. Customs and Taxes
No additional customs fees apply for deliveries to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, all members of the European Union.
However, MECASY cannot be held responsible for any taxes or local regulations subsequently applied by the competent authorities.
